Aethra X-line Desktop connectivity
Hydra takes advantage of the X-line’s very powerful, highquality embedded 9x MCU to provide high-end interactive video and data collaboration sessions between traditional endpoints and PCs, wherever they are located (home, office, “on your way to”, …).
No external Gateways
The mixed embedded X-line MCU capabilities easily allow H.323, SIP and H.320 endpoints, desktops, PSTN and mobile phones to be connected in the same multi-videoconferencing session.
Common experience for all participants
All multi-conference participants share the same features, including Voice Switching or Continuous Presence video, H.239 data collaboration and conference moderation and all participants are guaranteed a dedicated high-quality, low bit-rate audio/visual experience.
Easy connectivity & accessibility
Hydra includes embedded firewall traversal allowing organizations to maintain their network security mechanisms while providing remote users access to multi-conferences.
